Majority of all products in spa are vegan and cruelty free with non-toxic ingredients that are dermatologically and gynecologically tested .
PRIVACY & SAFETY
For our Clients' and staff safety the door remains locked , The spa is an appointment only day spa. Our clients safety means everything will have security cameras on sight.
POLICIES
All Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once
A deposit must be made in order to confirm your appointment. (Card must be on file)
There is a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes have exceeded a late fee of $15 will be applied
to your remanding service balance.
After 15 minutes late without checking in you will be charged 50% of the service and appointment would be canceled.
Rescheduled appointments you have 4 times to reschedule and you will be charged 25% of service fee.
We greatly appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. We have an strict cancellation policy , if you canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of
the service fee will be charged with the card on file.
Last minute cancellation will be charged 100% of the service fee withe the card on file.
Although we do understand emergencies happen no calls no shows can no longer will be able to schedule any appointments and will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive on time.
